This story is ripe to be rewritten.
Eve didn’t fall—she rose. RIPE reclaims the apple, turning it from a symbol of sin into one of knowledge, power, and self-possession. For too long, the story has cast women as temptresses, as the ones who brought ruin, when in reality, they were the ones who dared to reach for more. She doesn’t hesitate—she holds the apple with intention, fully aware of the power it represents.
Her cascading red curls coil with fire, a halo of defiance. She wears a structured coat, a barrier against the world’s expectations, yet underneath, her sheer lingerie speaks of raw honesty—she is both guarded and unafraid to be seen. A cross dangles from her neck, a nod to the history that sought to define her, but she wears it on her own terms. She is not waiting for permission, nor does she need forgiveness.
A piece from the Punk Femme Series, RIPE is about rewriting the old myths, reclaiming agency, and refusing to be cast as anything less than powerful.
